Dr. Ng works as an adolescent inpatient psychiatrist and interventional psychiatrist. He helps youth and their families on their journey to health (physical, mental, and social well-being), integrating perspectives from medicine, psychology, and the social sciences.
His lab translates neuroscience findings into innovative treatments to promote health and resilience in youth. The SYNERGY lab (synergizing neuroplastic interventions for youth), will: 1) personalize circuit-based treatments for youth, 2) synergize across treatment modalities to promote resilience, and 3) build new models of care and system capacity to support them.
