How to submit an allegation of possible research misconduct
An allegation can be made by any person who wishes to report, in good faith, a possible breach of the Responsible Conduct of Research Policy.
Step 1: Before bringing forward an allegation, review the Policy to ensure the concern is appropriate for reporting under this Policy.
Step 2: Complete the allegation submission form (PDF)
Step 3: Send the completed form by email to research.integrity@sunnybrook.ca
Allegations received through this confidential inbox will be brought forward to the Responsible Officer.
